And it was a quick sale, and he knew exactly how to price our house, how to schedule the open houses / showings, and how to encourage and receive the multiple offers with ease. He knew the potential pitfalls and deal breakers and was proactive in managing them so they became non-issues. All parties were well served by his excellent management of the sales process.
