We picked Bob as our agent because of his reputation and extensive knowledge of the community (Samammish) that we wanted to live in. We already knew what neighborhood we wanted to be in. What we needed was someone who could guide us to the right streets within that neighborhood, where we could find  exactly the kind of community we were looking for. Bob did not disappoint. He helped us find a house on the right kind of street, with the lot size and square footage we were looking for at almost exactly our target price. He put us in touch with a really good painting contractor. And after one month in our new home, we are very pleased with the house itself, our location and our new neighbors. Bob also helped us sell our previous house -- twice as it turned out; our first buyers flaked -- at essentially our asking price. He gave us good counsel through that very stressful process, and his wife, Judy, both were very helpful in terms of helping stage the home. We ended up getting to know Bob fairly well in the months between when we decided to list our first house and when we finally closed on our new one, and it started to feel like he and Judy were part of the family. It's our goal to live in this house until long after Bob has retired, but if for some reason we ever need to sell or buy a home in East King County again, he will be our first call.
